Entry Guidelines
To increase your chances of being shortlisted:
- Register on our online entry platform and select the Talent Tech Star Awards. Our awards management system allows you to save, amend, submit and pay for your entries
- Provide an answer for every question within the word limit
- Provide testimonials, links to videos or case studies in the Supplementary Information section
- Provide information about commercial performance and other key improvement measures
- If you are entering multiple award categories, please adapt your entries as some questions may differ
- Please note that the £290 cost per entry includes judging feedback

- This Award recognises a marketing solution that has best enabled more successful talent acquisition, employer brand or candidate engagement initiatives.

- This Award recognises a solution that has best enabled employers and / or recruitment companies to improve diversity, equity & inclusion in the talent acquisition process.
The Candidate Experience Solution of the Year
- This Award recognises a solution that has best enabled improvement in any or all aspects of the candidate journey up to point of offer.
The employee experience Solution of the Year
- This Award recognises a solution that has best enabled improvement in any or all aspects of the employee journey from point of offer.
The Compliance Solution of the Year
- This Award recognises a solution that has best enabled improvement in managing any aspect of compliance for employers, recruiters, candidates and / or contractors.
the Contractor Solution of the Year
- This Award recognises any contractor solution that best enables the attraction, assessment, management or development of contingent workers.

(<30 employees)
- This Award recognises an HR or Recruitment technology solution that has transformed or significantly improved any aspect of talent acquisition, management or development. For companies with less than 30 employees.
The Talent Tech Innovation Award
(30+ Employees)
- This Award recognises an HR or Recruitment technology solution that has transformed or significantly improved any aspect of talent acquisition, management or development. For companies with 30 or more employees.

- This Award recognises excellence in client service and best value in the delivery of a Recruitment or HR technology solution.
The Talent Tech Growth Award
- This Award recognises exceptional growth in an HR or Recruitment technology business in context of size and stage of scale.

- This Award recognises a visionary talent tech founder or CEO who has demonstrated exceptional innovation, commercial performance, and employee engagement.
The Talent Tech champion of champions
- Judges Award - This Award is debated and voted for by our panel of judges from the winners in each category and recognises a company whose solution exemplifies innovation, while also delivering particularly far-reaching value and impact.
