Our three-stage TIARA judging process makes a Talent Tech Star Award a powerful endorsement for all those recognised. Entries are judged by a respected and independent panel of senior HR and Recruitment industry leaders, investors, and advisors.
The process begins with a benchmark of entries to identify finalists. Shortlisted entries are then scored by the most relevant judging panel. And finally, our expert jury meets to debate and agree winners for each award. Every finalist receives judges’ feedback.
