Our three-stage TIARA judging process makes a Talent Tech Star Award a powerful endorsement for all those recognised. Entries are judged by a respected and independent panel of senior HR and Recruitment industry leaders, investors, and advisors.

The process begins with a benchmark of entries to identify finalists​. Shortlisted entries are then scored by the most relevant judging panel. And finally, our expert jury meets to debate and agree winners for each award. Every finalist receives judges’ feedback.
