Entry Guidelines

To increase your chances of being shortlisted:

  • Carefully read the criteria and questions for each award category
  • Provide all relevant information about your company and complete the entry form(s)
  • Do not include any pictures, graphs or logos and focus instead on testimonials or data
  • Pay your entry fee of £150 before the entry deadline as only paid for entries will be submitted for judging (contact christine@talint.co.uk for payment)*
  • Once your entry is complete, please email it to alex@talint.co.uk before the entry deadline of 14th May

The Workforce Solution of the Year

  • This Award recognises any workforce solution that best demonstrates commercial value and performance improvement in talent acquisition.

The Recruitment Marketing Solution of the Year​

  • This Award recognises a marketing solution that has best enabled employers or agencies to achieve a successful talent acquisition campaign.

The Applicant Tracking System of the Year​

  • This Award recognises an ATS that best demonstrates commercial value and improvement in talent acquisition.

The Candidate Experience Solution of the Year

  • This Award recognises a solution that has best enabled employers and / or agencies to improve candidate experience and success in talent acquisition.

The Onboarding Solution of the Year

  • This Award recognises a solution that has best enabled and improved the onboarding and induction of permanent and contract staff.

The Compliance Solution of the Year​

  • This Award recognises a solution that has best enabled improvement in compliance in the talent acquisition process.

the FCSA Contractor Solution of the Year

  • This Award recognises any contractor solution that best demonstrates commercial value and performance improvements in talent acquisition.

the Learning Solution of the
Year

  • This Award recognises a learning technology solution that has best enabled agencies and employers to improve performance in their organisations.

The Talent Tech Innovation Award​

  • This Award recognises a talent tech solution that has transformed or substantially improved the talent acquisition process for employers or recruiters.

The Talent Tech Customer Service Award

  • This Award recognises excellence and collaboration in the delivery of a solution to improve the talent acquisition process.

The Talent Tech Scale Up Award

  • This Award recognises exceptional growth in sales, profit, headcount and client base in context of stage of scale.

The Best Talent Tech Company to Work For​

  • This Award recognises employers of choice in HR tech who can demonstrate innovation and impact in the attraction, induction, development and retention of their own talent.

The Talent Tech Leader of the Year

  • This Award recognises a visionary HR Tech founder or CEO who has demonstrated exceptional innovation, commercial performance, and employee engagement.
