- 170 HR and RecTech finalists celebrate excellence and innovation at live Gala Lunch at the Royal Institute for British Architects
- 14 companies crowned winners with 8 highly commended by panel of 18 judges
- Eightfold AI wins Best Talent Tech Company to Work For and Champion of Champions Award
Friday 1st July 2022 – Winners of the 2022 TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards were revealed at a Gala Lunch for 170 guests at the Royal Institute for British Architects in London today, attended by CEOs and founders of some of the UK’s leading HR and Recruitment Technology companies.
The 47 finalists shortlisted in 13 TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards categories this year represented the sector’s highest potential start-ups, fast growing scale-ups and top performing talent tech giants – collectively employing over 17,000 people and generating total sales of over £1,75 billion in 2021.
“It was difficult for our judges to choose winners from such strong shortlists and even harder to choose a Champion of Champions from 13 very strong contenders,” said Alex Evans, Managing Director of TALiNT Partners. “This year’s winners demonstrated the value and impact of their solutions to a respected panel of judges – making a TIARA Talent Tech Star Award a powerful endorsement.”
The judging process for the TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards is designed around the expectations of buyers and investors, based on key performance metrics, case studies and testimonials. This year’s impressive and influential panel of judges were from companies including LinkedIn, SThree, ManpowerGroup, and NatWest Group.
The TIARA 2022 Talent Tech Star Awards campaign was supported by headline partner Venero Capital Advisors alongside sponsors Pearl Meyer, Marriott Harrison and Optima Corporate Finance.
The big winners this year were Talos360, which won both the Scale Up and Leader of the Year awards; Bright Network, which won both the Workforce and the Learning Solution of the Year awards; and Eightfold, which won the Best Talent Tech Company to Work For and the Talent Tech Champion of Champions Award.
“This year’s Champion of Champions – Eightfold AI – addresses a crucially important challenge, in many ways a paradigm shift in the way companies around the world attract and retain talent, and does so with cutting-edge innovation, client service and leadership,” said Georgios Markakis, Managing Partner at Venero Capital Advisors. “Venero is a proud sponsor of this award, which showcases a Talent Tech Star whose solution exemplifies innovation, while also delivering particularly far-reaching value and impact.”
