Talent Tech Star Awards Europe Talent Tech Star Awards US

Celebrating the most innovative & resilient HR and Recruitment tech solutions – the TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards are open for entries

TALiNT Partners’ sixth annual campaign for Europe’s TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards launches today to recognise innovation, excellence, and resilience in the HR & Recruitment Tech sector.

“It was a tough market last year, with the best talent tech providers demonstrating the value and impact of their solutions,” said Alex Evans, Managing Director of TALiNT Partners. “Flat was the new growth in 2024, with budgetary pressures compelling employers and recruiters to make their people work smarter and their tech work harder. As providers look to build closer, higher value relationships with their existing clients, and win the best new ones, the TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards offer a timely opportunity to gain recognition for industry-leading innovation, impact, and client service.”

“HR and Recruitment is being transformed by the growing impact of AI on talent acquisition, the move to hiring for skills and total management, demand for more agile resourcing and global talent pools, huge increases in application volumes and the need for more effective assessment capability, and new employment legislation and compliance management. There has never been a bigger opportunity for talent tech providers to enable this transformation, but the biggest challenge is standing out from an ever-expanding crowd.”

The 2024 winners included Pixid, Jove Insurance, WorkLLama, Unifrog, Vercida, Worksome, mywage, Oyster, inploi, SourceWhale and Talos360 (see who won which award and why here).

“Our growing alumni of finalists and winners of the TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards represent the industry’s leading lights across a spectrum of business growth, from high potential, early-stage start-ups to scaling SMEs and unicorns,” said Ken Brotherston, Chairman of TALiNT Partners. “Each year, our finalists and winners show how the talent tech sector is evolving with game-changing innovation and excellent customer service with solid case studies and testimonials.”

“The TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards shine a spotlight on this important and expanding sector, celebrating the solutions delivering real impact across the talent ecosystem,” said Chair of Judges Parveen Dhanda, a highly respected strategic director in the tech space and Tech Nation’s former Head of Programmes. “This campaign recognises excellence across a spectrum of awards with a judging panel comprising buyers, investors and advisors to make it an award worth winning.”

“It’s always a privilege to see how the best in talent tech are growing, innovating and enabling employers and recruiters to adapt and transform. I look forward to guiding and supporting our panel of judges, who will look for well-executed innovation, customer service that goes beyond the norm, the foundations for future growth, and how commercial ambition has aligned with purpose. We will also look for a Champion of Champions who truly represents the ambition and impact of the sector.”

The judging process for the TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards is designed around the expectations of buyers and investors, based on key performance metrics, case studies and testimonials. Our impressive and influential panel of judges from companies including Zenith, ManpowerGroup, NatWest Group and Reed Talent Solutions, will follow our rigorous judging process to decide the winners in 14 categories.

Specialist legal partner Marriott Harrison returns as sponsor of the Talent Tech Growth Award, as does founding sponsor and corporate finance specialist Optima to sponsor the Talent Tech Leader of the Year. Both are supporting TALiNT Partners’ year-round programme of peer learning for talent tech leaders with a dedicated legal helpline and investment advice.

The entry deadline for the 2025 awards is Friday 21st March with finalists announced in April. This year’s winners will be announced at a black-tie gala dinner on Thursday 26th June at the Carlton Tower Jumeirah, in London.
