Thursday 26th June 2025 – Winners of the 2025 TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards were revealed at a Gala Dinner at the Carlton Tower Jumeirah in London last night, attended by founders, CEOs and senior leaders of Europe’s best HR and Recruitment Technology challengers and market leaders.
“After another challenging year employers and recruiters, finalists for the 2025 TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards represent the sector’s most resilient and innovative solution providers,” said Alex Evans, Managing Director of TALiNT Partners. “These champions of innovation and enablers of transformation have all demonstrated agility, creativity and excellent client service to deliver meaningful impact and value.
“All of this year’s winners proved excellence and innovation to a respected panel of judges – making a TIARA Talent Tech Star Award a powerful endorsement.”
The judging process for the TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards is designed around the expectations of buyers and investors, based on key performance metrics, case studies and testimonials. This year’s impressive and influential panel of judges represented a range of companies including Amoria Group, Instant Impact, ManpowerGroup, and Baxfield.
The TIARA 2025 Talent Tech Star Awards campaign was supported once again by sponsors Marriott Harrison and Optima Corporate Finance.
The biggest winner this year was Popp, which took home the Candidate Experience Solution of the Year, the Enterprise Solution of the Year and the coveted Champion of Champions Award.
“This year’s Champion of Champions – Popp – emerged as a true challenger, an early-stage company competing in a space often dominated by larger, more established players. What set it apart was its ability to win and retain enterprise clients, respond to the changing needs of recruiters and candidates, and position itself at the intersection of AI and recruitment infrastructure,” said Chair of Judges Parveen Dhanda, former Head of Programmes at Tech Nation and a Strategic Director working with a range of tech firms.
Nétive VMS was a double winner, picking up both the Compliance Solution and Contractor Solution of the Year Awards. As were meetDWIGHT who took the title for Marriott Harrison Talent Tech Growth Award and the Talent Tech Innovation Award for companies with less than 30 employees.
Industry veteran Peter Linas, Bullhorn’s Chief Corporate Development Officer, was honoured with the inaugural Optima Talent Tech Hall of Fame Award. “Peter is a true pioneer in the world of talent technology, a proper industry legend, a swashbuckling, risk-taking, forward-thinking innovator who is not just enormously well respected but also, annoyingly is universally well liked,” said TALiNT Partners CEO Ken Brotherston.
