Industry innovators shortlisted for the 2024 TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards

    • 42 talent tech market leaders & challengers shortlisted in 13 award categories
    • Judges from across the talent ecosystem will review and debate the best in each category 
    • Winners will be revealed at a black-tie dinner to bring the talent tech industry together at the Carlton Tower Jumeirah on Thursday 27th June 

    14th May 2024 – TALiNT Partners has today announced finalists for the 2024 TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards, which shine a spotlight on the full spectrum of HR and Recruitment technology solutions. 

    “It’s been a challenging year for employers and recruiters, with cost pressures compelling both to lean more heavily on their talent tech solutions, which has not only demonstrated their value and impact but driven continued innovation,” said Alex Evans, Managing Director of TALiNT Partners. “This year’s shortlist reflects major workforce trends, like the growth in demand for contingent solutions, with record entries for Contractor Solution of the Year and this year’s Innovation Awards.” 

    The 42 finalists shortlisted for 13 TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards this year represent the sector’s highest potential start-ups, fast growing scale-ups and top performing talent tech giants – collectively employing 4,447 people and generating total sales of £1,002,512,204 in 2023. 

    Finalist entries will now be scored by an independent panel of expert judges drawn from HR, Recruitment, Investment and Procurement to identify the winners in each award category. Senior industry figures from organisations including Reed Talent Solutions, ManpowerGroup, and NatWest Group will also convene to debate and choose the overall Champion of Champions. 

    Commenting on what she will be looking for as this year’s Chair of Judges, Parveen Dhanda, Strategy Director and former Head of Programmes at Tech Nation, said: “I look for innovative solutions that address real-world challenges in HR and recruitment, that are advancing the field of talent management through technology. Each year, we assess factors such as innovation, user experience, impact on business outcomes, global scalability, societal impact, track record, market validation and potential for industry disruption.”
