Thursday 27th June 2024 – Winners of the 2024 TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards were revealed at a Gala Dinner for 150 guests at the Carlton Tower Jumeirah in London last night, attended by CEOs and founders of some of Europe’s best HR and Recruitment Technology challengers and market leaders.
The 42 finalists shortlisted in 13 TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards categories this year represented the sector’s highest potential start-ups and fast-growing scale-ups – collectively employing 4,447 people and generating total sales of over £1bn in 2023,” said Alex Evans, Managing Director of TALiNT Partners. “These champions of innovation and enablers of transformation have all demonstrated lasting impact, not only in their support of employers and recruiters but candidates, contractors and consultants as well.
“All of this year’s winners demonstrated the value and impact of their solutions to a respected panel of judges – making a TIARA Talent Tech Star Award a powerful endorsement.”
The judging process for the TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards is designed around the expectations of buyers and investors, based on key performance metrics, case studies and testimonials. This year’s impressive and influential panel of 20 judges represented a range of companies including Reed Talent Solutions, Zenith, ManpowerGroup, and NatWest Group.
The TIARA 2024 Talent Tech Star Awards campaign was supported once again by sponsors Marriott Harrison and Optima.
The biggest winner this year was SourceWhale, which took home the Innovation Award, the Talent Tech Growth Award and the coveted Champion of Champions Award.
“This year’s Champion of Champions – SourceWhale – is a champion of productivity in recruitment and scale in talent tech. They were commended for their strong emphasis on customer success and continuous innovation, demonstrated by impressive adoption and growth across a wide range of metrics,” said Chair of Judges Parveen Dhanda, former Head of Programmes at Tech Nation and a Strategic Director working with a range of tech firms.
Pixid was a double winner, picking up Workforce Solution of the Year and the Marriott Harrison Talent Tech Customer Service Award. New entrants triumphing in their first year of entering included Jove Insurance (Contractor Solution of the Year); Vercida (DE&I Solution of the Year); Oyster (Employee Experience Solution of the Year); and mywage (Payroll Solution of the Year).
