Thursday 29th June 2023 – Winners of the 2023 TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards were revealed at a Gala Dinner for 200 guests at the Montcalm, Marble Arch in London last night, attended by CEOs and founders of some of Europe’s leading HR and Recruitment Technology companies.
The 50 finalists shortlisted in 13 TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards categories this year represented the sector’s highest potential start-ups, fast growing scale-ups and top performing talent tech giants – collectively employing over 11,860 people and generating total sales of over £3.27 billion in 2022.
“With some great David and Goliath stories and challengers versus established giants, it was difficult for our judges to choose winners from such strong shortlists and even harder to choose a Champion of Champions from 13 very strong contenders,” said Alex Evans, Managing Director of TALiNT Partners. “All of this year’s winners demonstrated the value and impact of their solutions to a respected panel of judges – making a TIARA Talent Tech Star Award a powerful endorsement.”
The judging process for the TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards is designed around the expectations of buyers and investors, based on key performance metrics, case studies and testimonials. This year’s impressive and influential panel of judges were from companies including LinkedIn, Zenith, ManpowerGroup, and NatWest Group.
The TIARA 2023 Talent Tech Star Awards campaign was supported once again by headline partner Venero Capital Advisors alongside sponsors Marriott Harrison and Optima Corporate Finance.
The big winners this year were Sonovate, who won the Contractor Solution of the Year and Fast Growth Award; Talos360 who won the Best Talent Tech Company to Work For and the Talent Tech Leader of the Year for Janette Martin for the second year in a row. Unifrog, who won the Recruitment Marketing Solution of the Year, were also crowned Champion of Champions.
