TALiNT Partners’ fifth annual campaign for Europe’s TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards launches today to recognise innovation, excellence and growth in the HR Tech and RecTech industry.
“Talent tech continues to enable the transformation of HR and Recruitment as both employers and recruiters adapt to changing workforce trends and candidate expectations,” said Alex Evans, Managing Director of TALiNT Partners. “AI, TI and analytics are transforming recruitment, with more accurate mapping of skills and strategic workforce planning. We’re also seeing innovation in Pay & Bill and solutions to support growing demand for contingent services.”
“The TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards shine a spotlight on this important and expanding sector, celebrating the solutions delivering real impact across the talent ecosystem. This campaign recognises excellence across a spectrum of awards with a judging panel comprising buyers, investors and advisors to make it an award worth winning.”
The 2023 winners included Pixid, Sonovate, WorkLLama, Referoo, Eli Onboarding, HireVue, Stratigens, SourceWhale, Talos360 and Diversely, which was subsequently acquired by Access Group (see who won which award and why here).
Unifrog, which won Recruitment Marketing Solution of the Year, was also crowned Champion of Champions for helping employers to access young talent from disadvantaged backgrounds. Judges praised Unifrog for its impressive student reach, targeted ad campaigns, and social impact, with its B-Corp status and focus on reducing NEETs proving its purpose beyond profit.
“Our growing alumni of finalists and winners of the TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards represent the industry’s leading lights across a spectrum of business growth, from high potential, early-stage start-ups to scaling SMEs and established market leaders,” said Ken Brotherston, CEO of TALiNT Partners. “They have demonstrated game-changing innovation and excellent customer service with solid case studies and testimonials.”
Veteran judge Parveen Dhanda has been appointed Chair of Judges. A highly respected strategic director in the tech space, Parveen was Tech Nation’s Head of Programmes and most recently the Ecosystem Director & Diversity and Inclusion Lead at Innovate Finance.
“It’s always a privilege to see how the best in talent tech are growing, innovating and enabling employers and recruiters to adapt and transform,” said Parveen. “I look forward to guiding and supporting our panel of judges, who will look for good financial performance, well-executed innovation, customer service that goes beyond the norm, the foundations for future growth, and profit with purpose. We will also look for a Champion of Champions who truly represents the ambition and impact of the sector.”
The judging process for the TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards is designed around the expectations of buyers and investors, based on key performance metrics, case studies and testimonials. Our impressive and influential panel of judges from companies including Zenith, ManpowerGroup, NatWest Group and Reed Talent Solutions, will follow our rigorous judging process to decide the winners in 14 categories.
